  • What types of contracts will I see in Contract Lookup?

    You will only be able to see the Merck vaccine contracts that your Prime Distributor Organization is authorized to service.
  • How should I search for a customer in Contract Lookup?

    Use the customer-specific information that you have available to find your customer, such as facility address, DEA#, HIN, 340B ID, and/or facility name.

    Note: Because variations in facility names can occur from distributor to distributor, it is not a recommended search parameter; instead it may be helpful to start with a specific identifier such as a HIN or DEA number. If no results are returned, then try a broader search, using 1 or 2 search criteria such as zip code and/or facility address.

  • I cannot locate my customer in the Contract Lookup section, what should I do?

    If your customer is not listed in Contract Lookup, it may indicate that they are not linked to a Merck vaccine contract.

    Click the Contact us tab and call to speak to a Merck representative directly.

  • My customer is on a Merck vaccine contract, but they are not receiving the Merck vaccine pricing available under the contract. What should I do?

    Contact your organization directly to discuss the customer’s contract pricing information.
  • The facility address/HIN/DEA#/facility name for my customer in the Contract Lookup section does not match what I have. What should I do?

    Contact your company directly to determine if the facility address/HIN/DEA#/facility name information that you have matches the information in their system. If it does, then you should click the Contact us tab and call to speak to a Merck representative directly.
  • I have questions about the type of Merck vaccine contract my customer is on. What should I do?
